After receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.
For warranty service, please check the product page to find out who the warranty provider is for your particular product. In all cases, you must have a RMA number. If GAMEBREAKERZ is the warranty provider, you must obtain a RMA number from us. If a manufacturer or third party is responsible, you must obtain a RMA number from them. Please see the Manufacturer Warranty Section for full details.
Unless otherwise noted, warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped within the USA. Merchandise forwarded to other international locations may not be covered under the warranty. Please check with the manufacturer or warranty provider prior to purchase.

By placing an order at SHOPGAMEBREAKERZ.COM, a customer has agreed to the total dollar amount of the sale, and authorized GAMEBREAKERZ to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified. GAMEBREAKERZ reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GAMEBREAKERZ AND OTHER SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Payments and Shipping
GAMEBREAKERZ does everything it can to insure that your orders are processed quickly and efficiently. We try to accomplish this within 48 hours or less excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that we are not in charge of video game release dates and they are subject to change at any time. If you have questions prior to an order shipping please contact customer service.
GAMEBREAKERZ reserves the right to hold any order longer than 48 hours if the transaction is suspicious or possibly fraudulent. GAMEBREAKERZ reserves the right to refund or refuse a sale at any time for any reason. In the event of a refund GAMEBREAKERZ will notify you after the refund has been completely processed.
General Shipping Information
It is important that you understand that GAMEBREAKERZ does not control the shipping or delivery times once an item has left our facility. Due to customs regulations your item may take longer than usual to get to your destination address. Please take this into consideration before contacting our customer service department. We take every effort to provide you with your tracking/customs number so that in the event that we have shipped an item and it has not arrived. GAMEBREAKERZ cannot be held responsible for items that are handled by customs for International Customers. For faster shipping GAMEBREAKERZ reserves the right to direct ship from one of several warehouses that are located closer to you than our main location. Delivery times listed by the Post Office or by UPS are approximate and cannot be used to guarantee delivery dates. Multiple Items – Pre-Release Video Games
From time to time you may purchase an item that is street dated or is a pre-release in combination with other items. It is important that if you do this that GAMEBREAKERZ will not ship out your order until ALL of the items in your order are in stock. We ask that if you are purchasing multiple items that you pay for separate shipping in order to make sure that none of your items are held up while waiting to process your complete sale.
